66 NORTH has been outfitting the people of the harsh North Atlantic climate since 1926. For years they solely worked with commercial fisherman, providing them protection from the rough seas, but over the years have evolved into more of a lifestyle brand creating gear for virtually every possible scenario in the outdoors.
In addition to several days spent out in the ethereal Icelandic landscapes, we spent a full 15 hours out on the Icelandic sea with a fishing captain and his crew getting a pretty unreal look at the day to day life of some of Iceland's biggest heroes, as well as gaining a pretty fair understanding of the conditions that 66 NORTH was created for.
